Plaza de Armas
This is a view of the Plaza de Armas. One of the days in La Serena the President of Chile was there as well. Actually, the 'Presidenta' is a woman, Michelle Bachelet. She had some meetings in La Serena and a lot of the Plaza was roped off. She was supposed to walk throught he Plaza at around 12 or 1 pm. We waited awhile but never got to see her.
